Social Media Toolkit
Join the New Drug Talk (NDT) in spreading crucial awareness about the dangers of fake pills and fentanyl. Our kids face a drug landscape that’s more dangerous than ever, as potent chemicals like fentanyl are used to make counterfeit prescription pills and other drugs that young people can find online, on campus or on the block. At a time when many are struggling with stress and anxiety, self-medication and experimentation can result in tragedy, even the first, second or third time. As a partner organization, your role in educating your community about how they can protect their families is vital.
To support your efforts, we’ve created a practical guide to help you run your own educational and awareness campaign on Facebook and Instagram, platforms where most parents and caregivers are actively engaged.
Inside, you’ll find ready-to-use social media posts tailored to reaching parents and caregivers. They share key facts about fentanyl and fake prescription pills, offer actionable tips to help families stay informed and safe, and answer the common questions below.
